The wait was long. Over an hour for a scheduled oil change: Then I got a notice of a scheduled appt. I did not make another appt. I called and was told it was for an oil change. Why do I need another change in 2 weeks? I was told some advisors schedule appts to get their quota. I requested the appt be canceled and to call and confirm any future appts before they randomly schedule me.
