Although it took 3 weeks from the day I left my vehicle to complete the work, Jacob and Grant finally agreed to proceed with repairs and deal with the body shop later. The issue was work not done when the vehicle was in the body shop for front-end collision damage. The vehicle is now working well, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the quality of repairs AutoNation can provide..
