I took my 2019 Traverse in on Tuesday (05/28) because the AC was not cooling properly. I talked to Paul Myrick (service advisor) and he said that diagnostics were three days out. I needed my car back by 1 pm on Friday as I was leaving town for my 60th class reunion. He said he would try to expedite it and he called back late on Tuesday. He told me the problem, cost, and said it would take two days to get the parts. He got in the parts and fixed the car just before 1 pm on Friday. Thanks for excellent service.
