Review Details

I originally put in a request online and a worker reached out to me and told me he would let me know when more traverse come in. He never did so I called and that same worker told me they did come in but didn't tell me. He asked when I could come in and I told him now. So he told me okay that I could come in and test drive one. Upon arrival that worker greeted me and proceed to get the keys. When he came back he told me he forgot he scheduled an appointment with someone else. So he asked someone else to take care of me. Garrett then took over the transaction and showed me the vehicles that were in. He went and test drove them with me. I told him what we were looking for and he did some more looking. He found a couple that just came off the truck and showed me them. I told him which one we would take and he immediately started the paperwork so we could proceed with the purchase. Garrett went above and beyond and never lacked communication! He did a great job!
