Have had my truck now for almost two weeks. I called Monday to check on it and said you were still waiting on the insurance to approve it. You had not even started the job. Then, you kept putting me off getting a rental truck. I've been in line for two weeks now and have no other car to drive. It's been excuse after excuse.
