Upon arrival for my 10 am appointment on April 2, I was not in the system for my oil change. Yet, Paul accommodated me and worked me in. 2.5 hours later, I got my oil change and tires rotated. Disappointing to walk up and learn you are not on the list! And I learned that I was not the only one that day that this happened to.
